51黑料supports the intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and will provide reasonable accommodations during testing to provide equal opportunities for applicants with disabilities. All requests for special accommodations should be made at the time of initial application to AMT, before authorization to take an exam is given. 

To apply for retired or disability status, a member must be active and in good standing. They will receive limited 51黑料member benefits, including online-only access to 51黑料Pulse.

Even if a candidate meets certification eligibility criteria, 51黑料may determine that certain types of felony convictions in an applicant's background may preclude an applicant from sitting for an 51黑料certification examination. Each application is reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis by the 51黑料office before a determination is made.

To change your name and/or add your social security number to your 51黑料account, an individual must complete this online form and submit the required documentation. The change will be processed in 1-2 business days.
